Perfect and absolutely incredible location to mostly everything with views of the ocean...

Fairly clean and amazing place with pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with a big smile a very happy receptionist. Stunning and marvellous location, easy to cycle to from the ferry. And close to uptown Yamba and clubs as well as overall Yamba.

I was just shocked at the chaos at this place. The noise from the service garage at 6:30 a.m. was absurd, and the soft bed made sure i couldn't sleep a wink. I woudl ve been fine with an upgrade or even a complimentary breakfast for i dunno, putting me above the garage! I just couldn't recommend this place.

Had a canny one-nighter here, man! The pool area was lush with a great barbecue spot, and the staff were proper friendly, makin' us feel right at home. Only downside was the tight parking, but we managed! Would defo come back if we're in Yamba again.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the water and the bowls club. Room was clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was nice, fresh and hot.

Fabulous and fairly clean place overall with particularly good and absolutely perfect location close to everything in town Beautiful beaches. Neat and functional rooms with exceptional views! Location just next door to the footpath along the waterfront and skate park for the kids.

We had a fantastic stay at Yamba Sun with our 8-year-old! The warm and friendly greeting from the proprietor set a lovely tone, and our upstairs room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a microwave, toaster. The sparkling inground pool, outdoor patio, and close proximity to beautiful beaches and cafes made it perfect for family bonding. We’ll definitely return!

Great location, within walking distance of club, shops, restaurants & beach. Clean & tidy. Well worth a stay overnight or longer.

We only stayed one night - arrived late and left early hence cannot say too much. We would stay there again. Appreciated the breakfast included in price.

Some of the partitions between rooms could use repairs to provide better privacy, and the table on the balcony was rusting, which wasn't ideal. A lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom leads to some humidity after hot showers, and there's noise from the main road that might bother light sleepers, though it's not too disruptive at night.

On our last night at the motel a dark wet night just 5 ks from the motel a passing car had a lounge fall off his ute onto the pathway of our car we hit this and had damage to the car we needed to ghet it back to Sydney and arrange a hire car.....the locals who stopped to help were great the police and tow truck drivers along with the motel staff who didn't rush us out the next morning....oh the other driver didn't stop but got home and came back to take the responsibily of causing the accident how lucky were we .......
